1. All confirmed orders (even before payment, as long as you've confirmed that you're buying the item) are non-refundable/exchangable, so please clarify all doubts before order confirmation.

3. For payment, meetups ONLY.
4. For collection, meetups ONLY.
5. All meetup appointments are to be confirmed 1 day prior.
6. All sprees are subjected to cancellation if there is poor response.
7. For some sprees, there is a waiting time for about 2-4 weeks (or more) after payment has been made.
8. In case of stock unavailabilty, a full refund will be made.
9. Reservations will not be entertained.
10. No spamming is allowed.
11. M.I.A shoppers will be blacklisted.
